Warranty of Service
All repairs performed on your vehicle by Long Automotive are guaranteed at least one year or 12,000 miles, parts and labor.*
Open Communication
We will set clear parameters of when you can expect your vehicle to be ready. And, a service advisor will always be available for questions or to discuss your repair work. We will promptly communicate to you any unexpected changes or delays.
Guarantee of Work
Should you experience any problems with your vehicle after your repair, please call you service advisor promptly. If the issue is a result of the service provided, we will correct the repair and return the vehicle to you with our sincere apology for any inconvenience it may have caused.

We will always be honest and your dealings with Long Automotive will always be fair and transparent. You will be treated with the utmost respect at all times.

You are entitled to a full explanation of all findings, diagnoses, and recommendations. We will never proceed with any repair work without your prior consent. We encourage you to ask questions and want you to fully understand your maintenance options.
